As we all know it's tough to be a gangsta... I mean an artist. So many things to research... What are the good and affordable places to get your art supplies from? What are the good sites to make your slides? To print postcards... I had to find answers for all those questions and I would like to make your life a bit easier by displaying links to web sites that I have used personally and found quite useful. 123soho - 123soho.com is a website created to introduce, inform, and inspire artists, budding and professional, from around the world. 123soho offers all interested artists free postings.

http://www.warmtoastcafe.com/ Warmtoast Cafe (see logo on the left) is an Excellent Site! It lets you upload up to 18 images for free as long as they are under 200 kb. I highly recommend this site.

http://www.artatoo.com/ Artatoo allows you to add your email and a link to your site, a list of your past and future exhibitions and a list of your work with pictures and information.

http://www.artistsearch.net/ ArtistSearch.net allows you to: customize your own domain name, create your very own blog, post your work, build a network of friends and make connections and, most importantly, accept donations for your work.

http://www.theartlist.com/index.php TheArtList.com has online resource for visual artists and photographers looking for income and exhibition opportunities.

http://www.artmajeur.com/ Excellent site to add your portfolio to. Free services. Link exchange available. Extremely user-friendly.

http://www.artdeadline.com/ Art Deadline is an excellent resource for art competitions and other various opportunities for artists. Only $24 for a year-long subscription.

http://www.artquest.com/ Good site for artists to sell their work at. You can link to the site's Links Library for free if you do a reciprocal link from your site.

http://www.artindustri.com/ Art Industri is an awesome site! Add up to 20 images for free. Artists also receive an ArtistPortfolio.net sub-domain to professionally promote their work.

http://www.foundmyself.com/ foundmyself.com is a nice place to display your works. You can add up to 10 MB of images for free. They also have paid membership option.

http://www.723.com/ 723.com allows you to create a personal image gallery for free (25 mb of space!)

http://www.misterart.com/ MisterArt.com is one of my favorite places to shop for large canvases. After researching dozens of web sites who claimed to have affordable artist canvases MisterArt's prices beat them all! The shipping is very affordable as well!

http://www.dickblick.com/ Another online store that I love and use a lot is the Dick Blick store. They have everything and by everything I mean everything! They have things that I've never even heard about!

http://www.paintingsilove.com/ Exhibit your works for free. Upload your pictures and be discovered by others with similar tastes.

http://www.artistsites.org/ Artist Sites offers a free page that features your images, artist statement and a link to your web site.

http://www.artwanted.com/ Art wanted allows you to post your images for free and to sell art prints with their premium account.
