Cosmopolitan Barbie is a smoker and a martini drinker. She has a vamp-like personal style and even sports a butterfly tattoo on her ankle. She enjoys a bohemian lifestyle and probably doesn't have to work for living. Although, it is possible that she works part-time at an art gallery...
Barbie's outfit was made out of a pair of pleather pants I once wore as a part of a Cat Woman outfit for a Halloween party and subsequently ended up tearing right at the party. The collar on Barbie's top was made out of cat's tail that belonged to the same Halloween costume.
The shoes I made from scraps of leather and long beads that I painted metallic black. Cigarette is a cut-ut middle part of a q-tip, martini glass is one of the bottom corners of a 2-liter soda bottle.
In Barbie's room I used real wallpaper that I painted pink. Balcony railing consists of the tops of old markers as supporting columns and an old plastic necklace as a top part. The love seat was made out of a chocolate box with hand-sewn tiny pillows.
